Looking for a tasty, rebellious smashed burger in Rome? Donts is the place! This restaurant’s disruptive vibe starts from its location in the heart of Trastevere, an area where you’ll find a typical roman osteria at every corner. Our challenge was communicating the brand’s rebel soul: after talking to Ivan, Donts’ founder, we created an unconventional and over-the-top identity that lines up with his personality and vision.
We came up with a brand name, a logo and a color palette that felt irreverent, and spoke to our audience in a fun, extravagant tone of voice. Also, we designed ad hoc content and packaging that could communicate such a strong identity and make the brand stand out.

Donts goes to NYC
On December 27th Donts made a trip to NYC: a temporary popup store was opened in the city in collaboration with 7th Street Burger.
We designed special packaging to wrap the burgers that made Rome drool, and smashburger aficionados had a whole evening to taste them with both their eyes and mouths. Needless to say, they loved them!
